Stand Strong

🍂 Review:

This is my first book by Shubha Vilas, and I can honestly say it left a deep, quiet impact on me.

" Stand Strong"  is a beautifully written retelling of the Kishkindha Kanda from the Ramayana, but it feels far more intimate than a traditional mythological narration. The story of Rama’s search for Sita, Hanuman discovering his true purpose, and Sugriva’s inner turmoil is told with such emotional clarity that the characters feel incredibly human. Their fears, doubts, loyalty, and courage mirror the struggles we face in our own lives, making the reading experience both relatable and reflective.

What truly stood out for me was how gently the book offers life lessons. The insights shared at the end of chapters and through subtle reflections never feel forced; instead, they flow naturally with the story and encourage you to pause and introspect. As someone who has grown up hearing stories from the Ramayana, this book helped me reconnect with them on a deeper level less as stories from the past and more as guidance for the present.

" Stand Strong"  is not just about mythology or faith; it is about resilience, inner strength, and learning to stand firm in moments of uncertainty. Calm, thoughtful, and deeply enriching, this book feels like a quiet companion one that stays with you even after you’ve finished reading.
